Stephens County High School Red Team won the 2011 State Competition in another close competition with a score of 408.7 followed by Fernbank Science Center (395.7), Jasper County (389.5), Greater Atlanta Christian Team 1 (388.7), and Camden County (386.0). Generally, the top 4 scoring teams at each region advance to state. However, because the North Region was consolidated with the East and West regions this year, the top 4 teams from each of the 3 remaining regions will automatically advance to the state competition.
